Investigator: Babe Ruth

He's a little unbalanced, but I like the idea.

First, I'd bump him down to 1 Skill and maybe add some random Common Items.

I think "Swing for the Fences" should be worded such that you have to exhaust the Louisville Slugger, it gives additional successes (not doubling; if something else adds to your successes, do you add or double first?), and the combat bonus lasts until the end of combat. Basically, you can use "Swing for the Fences" once per turn for a single combat, and after you use it, you'd better have a backup weapon.

"Drunken Stupor" is too good. Consider the "Strong Mind" ability. It's considered good enough to stand on its own without the additional combat ability. Perhaps have Babe Ruth start with a certain number of whiskey tokens, and he can reduce all Sanity loss from an encounter to 1 by spending a whiskey token.
